Adult Taekwon-Do

The Adult Taekwon-Do program

For ages 13 upwards

This program has 9 grades.

ITF Taekwon-Do, is the worlds most powerful martial art, whether you are training for fitness, self-defense, etc or the sport, Taekwon-Do will achieve it for you.

Between white belt and yellow belt there is nor sparring or board braking, just fitness and basic self-defense work.

Between green and blue belt, competition sparring and board braking come in play.

Between red and black belt, grappling, submission take downs, knife self defense, two on one sparring come to the forefront.

After you have learned the ABC’s and gain your Black belt, the real hard work can start, as you work your way up to 4th degree expert class or 7th degree master class or 9th degree grand master class, or if competition and sport is what you love, you can try for a place on the ITF Scotland Squad, and represent Scotland at World & European Championships.

The starting cost for this program is £50

2 weeks fees

You can start the program straight away, and take a uniform home by leaving a £25 deposit.
