Martial Arts are a great way to keep fit, relax and have fun
Discipline, Respect, Balance, Body Coordination, Fitness, Flexibility, Confidence, Strength, Concentration and of course Self Defence (this is developed by regular training, students should be training at least twice a week to improve and develop, you start to lose your fitness and memory after the third day with out the same exercise level).
Our program nurtures and guides students, working first on fitness and flexibility, followed by coordination/balance and strength: this builds confidence and enhances concentration which develops respect and discipline. You have also learnt a Martial Art.
This is why parents and teachers see positive changes in behavior and performance in and out of school. Most adults who have gone on to gain their Black Belt have successful careers or run highly successful businesses.
We empower our students to a successful life. Our program allows them to pursue their goals, with the self confidence and self discipline, to understand who they are and what they want, and all the mental tools to achieve their objective.

Learning left from right at an early age is very important, also learning how to use ones hands and feet is crucial. Martial Arts teach children from a early age that through perseverance and practice they can achieve anything they set their mind to.
Some children find mastering the skills of hand eye coordination difficult, this can have a detrimental effect on their ability to read, write and take part in sports.
Martial Arts enable children to overcome these difficulties, teaching them how to use their time in a disciplined organized way, helping them to deal with school work, home work, chores, and life!
Martial Arts also help children and adults learn how to control stress or emotional
problems and get stuck in to what ever they need to do! This is especially useful
when children are dealing emotional issues and later on with exams, when a great

Children and adults who practice Martial Arts walk tall and proud, this makes them look confident even if they are not. Bullies and muggers exploit and take advantage whenever possible, targeting small quiet individuals who look like they will not or cannot offer any resistance.
Schools it would seem, cannot deal effectively with bulling and intimidation. The police cannot patrol all of the streets all of the time, and this has led to anti social behavior spilling out onto our streets. Weapons are now entering schools with fatal consequences.
If a child is brave enough to tell, how many times must the bully hit a child before the school intervenes, if they can. The school has limited control: the bully does not, they can operate both in and out of school. School children are at a critical stage of development, if they become shy, frightened, withdrawn, intimidated and isolated, this will form their personality for the rest of their lives. It will have a negative impact on their potential, and severely effect their wellbeing and personality.
